State-of-the-Art Fitness Center

The Boardwalk will astound you when you visit the 400 square foot, 2-story Fitness Center. This state-of-the-art facility is complete with everything you need for a professional work-out. Our cardio equipment includes a Precor treadmill, elliptical trainer and recumbent bicycle. There is a three-station weight system which works your legs, arms, back and shoulders.

A wall-mounted television complete with cable TV is available for viewing your favorite show or enjoy the picturesque view of the Fox River. With floor-to-ceiling windows, the river is visible from the Fitness Center and provides a relaxing alternative.

Open 24 hours a day, the Fitness Center at The Boardwalk is equipped to give you the workout you need at the end of a stressful day.

Community Room

Enjoy an active social schedule with popular Boardwalk-sponsored activities such as pot-luck dinners, weekly card and game night and movie night. Freshly-brewed morning coffee is available. Enjoy it while you start your day with casual socializing in the community room, or take your beverage with you on your ride to work or on a leisurely stroll along the newly-created Riverwalk.

A perfect location for your next shower, birthday or anniversary party and equipped with a television, complete kitchen and outdoor patio.  The Community Room is available for rental to our residents.

Riverwalk and The Fox River

Stroll along the newly-constructed and beautiful Burlington Riverwalk with its multi-colored paved meandering walkway. Fishing is popular from the banks of the river and almost right outside the back door. The Riverwalk is a great place to start the morning or end a stressful day.  Whether your plan includes a relaxing walk, an energizing run, bird watching or simply enjoying the view, the Riverwalk will become a favorite spot, any time of the day.
