for our one-bedroom apartment homes. Each apartment is complete
with a private balcony to enjoy the view of the Fox River or the
sights of downtown Burlington.
Our Waterlily has a bedroom that is beyond roomy with enough
space for a king-size bed. There are side-by-side closets with custom
shelving and shoe racks. Enjoy the split bath in the bedroom area,
with its four feet of vanity space and a full-size tub for a long
and relaxing bath or shower.
A personal washer and dryer are included with your apartment
and are conveniently located.
The kitchen is designed for even the gourmet chef, with

The corner apartments, Coral or Fantail floor plans, are

The Catamaran is completely unique with 8-foot patio doors in
both the living room and the master bedroom suite. An extra large
