Main Street Plaza is part of the Waukesha-based Bryce Styza Properties, which includes Harmony Homes, Inc., an investment real estate and land development company. Bryce Styza Properties owns and manages a number of apartment communities, including The Boardwalk, Mountain Village and Rivers Edge Apartments.

Main Street Plaza team members are happy and proud to go the extra mile everyday for their VIP residents. In doing so, we not only take in your postal package in your absence, we’ll deliver it to your home upon request. Our door-to-door dry cleaning service is reliable and easy to use and we provide a coupon each time you use it! Everyone knows you by name and we remember you on your birthday.

Main Street Plaza is dedicated to resident satisfaction. This is our goal from your very first visit throughout your stay. Our maintenance team stays awake all night so you don’t have to and they work all day to provide you with daily service for items as small as a light bulb replacement. Our on-site office is professionally staffed. To us, every resident deserves VIP treatment.

Each Spring hundreds of flowers are planted in grand flower pots on the plaza and cared for by a professional landscaping company. Come winter snow removal is our number one priority!
